Monday, May 2nd, 2005Scummbox needs to be replaced. I’m having a hell of a time getting the bleeding-edge version of MPD (the one with shoutcast support) running on it. I would prefer to swap it out entirely after building and installing a Gentoo box (after a bit of a stress test, nach) and relegate the existing scummbox to some sort of backup or mail server.
Having a machine that runs the site first and foremost and MPD secondly is going to be my main goal for the foreseeable future.
Now, all I need is money…
